How to be Better Than the Mighty

He who is slow to anger is better and more honorable than the mighty [soldier], And he who rules and controls his own spirit, than he who captures a city. Prov. 16:32

Your brain is subjected to [or the slave of] your mind, never the other way round; and as such you are in full control of your reactions to any issue.
